    This workshop was wonderful! I have been suffering from migraines since I was very young and this class was very informative for how to combat migraines. Courtney is a great teacher, I recommend her class to everyone. This class gave me a lot of useful tools that help alleviate my symptoms and offer relaxation

    I can’t even tell you how impressed I am with Courtney and her yoga! She is truly an inspirational story demonstrating the power of Intent. Not only did she find a way to heal herself but she is helping many others heal as well. Courtney offers yoga for migraines which is brilliant and teaches one of the best restorative yoga classes I have ever taken. Courtney’s energy is super grounding which is very very important in this day and age! As someone who has experience with 30 years of migraines I highly recommend Courtney’s Ease and Prevent Migraine Tool Kit.
